I tried out @laurensimpson ‘s 5/3/2 waveload this morning on deadlifts, and I must admit: I haven’t enjoyed doing deadlifts this much in quite some time! 🏋️‍♀️ I did 6 sets of 5,3,2,5,3,2 reps – videos above are from my second waveload. The idea is to slowly progress week on week and hopefully work my way back up to my best of 95kg x 2 again. 💪
