A lot of you asked me what my split is and what I train, how much per week.
So my favorite training is obviously legdayyyy🏋🏼‍♀️ I just love how much it kills me, I destroy them 2-3 times a week🙃
I train upper body only once a week because I just don’t want to build more muscle, it just gets too much and I don’t like how it looks🤷🏼‍♀️. But I think it’s still important to train your upper body even as a Girl!!!💪🏼 And then I do HIIT, Abs and lower back on one day.
